How to take EDEN Pure Whey
Add one scoop to 8 ounces of cold water or milk. For slower digestion, EDEN Only Whey can be mixed with whole milk.
EDEN Pure Whey can be taken before or during workouts, for midday meals, and before bed as a metabolism booster. Add one scoop to oatmeal, cereal, or any other food to increase protein intake. EDEN Pure Whey can be combined with EDEN Recovery to increase protein content if desired.
