Who should take EDEN Recovery®?

EDEN Recovery® is designed for athletes who demand the most from their bodies. Whether involved in aerobic or anaerobic activity, an athlete’s body needs a chance to recover. EDEN’s ratio of carbohydrates to protein has been tested on the field, on the track, in the gym and most importantly, in the lab so your ability to perform at your highest level has been validated on all fronts.

Personalized Serving Size for EDEN Recovery®

Everyone needs a different volume of protein and carbohydrates. There is no "one size fits all" serving. If you take too little, you risk not providing enough carbohydrates to effectively replenish depleted glycogen stores.

Our suggested serving size is based on lean body mass. This is your body mass that is not fat. Many of you (or your trainers) know your body fat percentage already. If you do not, you can have your body fat tested by your local gym or physician.

Directions for Use

Mix your recommended serving size with 20-33oz of water depending on your taste. Drink this immediately following your workout (within 20 minutes maximum). Drink this over 10-15 minutes. This is the prime window for replenishing your glycogen stores. Do not chug. If EDEN Recovery® tastes too sweet, it has not been mixed with enough water. Mix with EDEN Pure Whey® to increase Protein content per serving.
